Australians love seafood so much that our fisheries can’t keep up, and more and more foodservice customers are turning to imported products to meet demand.

Harry Peters established Marine Product Marketing in 1984 and recently launched Ocean Monarch Frozen Prepared Prawns. They’re branded “Thailand Export Quality” and Harry says that’s an endorsement that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
