Non-Dairy Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

Recipe Serves 1

Top Tips For a tangy version of this smoothie, replace the apple juice with cranberry juice and add an extra teaspoon of honey.

Ingredients 3  Chefs Pride  Berry  Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes 150ml apple juice 1 teaspoon honey ½ cup crushed ice

Instructions Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately.

Mangobanana Tango Breakfast Smoothie

Top Tips

LSA is a nutritious mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. It’s available from supermarkets and health food shops.

Ingredients 4 cubes Chefs Pride frozen Mangobanana Tango Smoothie Cubes 200ml chilled unsweetened pineapple juice 125g tub mango (probiotic) yoghurt 1 tablespoon LSA* 2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)

Instructions Place frozen Smoothie Cubes, juice, yoghurt, LSA and oats (if using) into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve.

Berry Antioxidant Energizing Smoothie

Top Tips Blueberry or raspberry flavoured yoghurt also goes well in this recipe.

Ingredients 1 cup low fat milk 5 fresh mint leaves ½ cup low fat yoghurt with acidophilus 8 Chefs Pride frozen Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes 1 small banana, peeled and roughly chopped 3/4 cup crushed ice

Instructions Place milk, mint, yoghurt, frozen Smoothie Cubes, banana and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 serving glasses and serve.
