Are you Proud to Be a Chef?

The Proud to Be a Chef program was re-launched in 2008/2009 to recognise and reward the talent and dedication of apprentice chefs. Each year, it gives 32 finalists the chance to to take part in a series of masterclasses hosted by world renowned chefs and industry experts.
